After reviewing the original quote for my sprinkler system, it requirednew wiring be installed.To date that wiring has not been installed. I have a new sprinklersystem with 20 year old wiring.As many things were not put back to how you found them, I have completedsome of the repairs.1. Repair of the retainer wall, it was driven down 3-4" as that is adrainage area and not put back together with blocks left in the back yard.2. Repair of the french drain next to the small retainer wall. Youcrushed the pipe driving over it.3. There is no weed barrier material were you installed the 2 valveboxes, 1 in the back, one in the front.4. The rock was not put back on the side of the house where you droveover it.5. The landscape edging was removed from the front flower bed andtaken. A section was cut out in the back and not replaced.6. As you remember I suggested you not drive over the rocks and lawn inthe back and put the rock in the drive. The results is the back yard isa mess and I'm not sure I can fit it.A simple walk through could have prevented me from dealing with theseissues in an email however I seem to get your answering service.I do have some expense for materials and labor.I'm sorry you were in such a hurry to get out of here and understand youhave other pressing issues, customer commitments and your vehiclehowever it doesn't excuse not completing the job and the cleanup. Please let me know your intentions.Really want this vendor installing a new system for you?

I contracted with Action Sprinkler for a sprinkler install. The installation began poorly as their vehicle broke down and Dan was worried about getting it fixed vs. my installation. The front yard had 2 zones, Actions design, 1 zone. The back yard had 3 zones, now has 2 zones. The front yard has a large tree which requires less water than the sunny part of the yard so is consistently over watered. Action came out 1 time to adjust it to no avail. The back yard was set up in a left half right half pattern. The back half of the yard has trees, the front sunny. They also tried adjusting the back. Dan stated he would be back in 6 weeks. A giant NO SHOW 6 weeks later. I also cleaned up the landscaping they destroyed as well as reseeded the back where they ran their ATV over the lawn placing rocks. I fought fungus and mold all summer long in the front and back.All in all if you could give zero stars, that's what they should get. Dan stated we always over deliver on the systems, guess we under delivered on yours. But he did not cut the price except for 100 bucks which they cut for missing the start date.I did have 2 companies look at the system and make recommendations. In the spring I have another company coming out to change the system and make it work properly. Buyer beware.

We had another company commit to a project that needed to be completed prior to a concrete project. The other company failed to show up, at the last minute, and we were left with a big project and not a lot of time to get it done. We contacted Action Sprinkler and Dionne was very friendly and extremely helpful, she contacted Dan (owner) and came out the same day. They squeezed us in the very next day!! The job was completed quickly and there was no mess left behind, they even charged us a little less than he had originally quoted because it did not take as long as he had anticipated. This is the first review that I have ever written on a company and they deserve it! You can trust Action Sprinkler Service.

It's rare to find a company whose service encompasses the consulting (beginning), implementation (middle) and individual follow up after the job is completed with consistency.Dan and his side kick Harold (aka Lone Ranger & Tonto) take pride in their work. When in my area of town, it's not rare to spot them giving my yard a look over, checking their sprinkler work, making sure all is operating to the highest level of efficiency. Action Sprinkler Service has a "best practice" anthem, many companies may tell you they have these too but, finding one that actually does, is why Action Sprinkler Service stands out among their peers. Offering a "best practice" regiment i.e. pride in offering competitive pricing, , offering additional water savings ideas, listens to the homeowner needs and who's accountability of work goes beyond when the work is done, raises the bar for many in this field and in this customer's opinion... the FINEST!Let me not forget the office staff. Great group of gals following the same level of dedication as the owner. Among the many services offered, I also contracted Action Sprinkler Service to help me design my outdoor lighting.Those of us who have ventured into "Outdoor Lighting Design" with Dan, have been more than pleased with the result and if you're in the need? stop herding the wrong companies in your corral and also seek out Action Sprinkler for your outdoor lighting needs.I cannot recommend Action Sprinkler and their list of services enough nor would I trust anyone else!

Requested an estimate to install a new drip line to my existing system. Action Sprinkler required a $79.00 fee before they would give an estimate. Guess they must charge too much,so no one will use them, so this way they make money without doing any work.

I searched for a sprinkler company that works in Elizabeth and they came up showing Elizabeth as their work area. After speaking with them and being told I'd be called back to make an appointment, I was called back and told that they don't work in Elizabeth unless I pay a $75 trip charge plus full cost of the work. To me, you shouldn't be listed as working in a town that you don't work in or you should say that the first time a person calls.

Dan and his helper arrived to look at an area that wasn't getting enough water. They came loaded for bear with a pipe puller in tow. It ended up that they hand dug under a concrete slab I had previously poured and retreived an old line that I just presumed was burried forever. Their hard work saved me hundreds of dollars and did the trick. Dan then reduced the number of zones I was using so there was not as much pressure everywhere. It will save water (and costs) by having less of the water being wasted into the atmosphere. I was very impressed! I could not write the check fast enough to pay the very reasonable bill.

I love this company and we've used them many times. Honest, on time, professional, completed the job quickly, all at a very fair price. Can't ask for better than that.

Dan did an excellent job cleaning up the mess that my original sprinkler company had caused. He fixed wiring problems, flow control problems, replaced heads, changed the composition of zones, fixed leaks, and adjusted sprinkler heads. I'd highly recommend him.

Honest, respectful, and humble. Not to mention that he's punctual, reliable, and can fix, install, or "redo" what you name!######He's winterized my sprinklers for three years now (and will do so again in three days!). He's re-routed my timer from the basement to my garage. ######I've used other sprinkler services, but have never been so impressed. I'm not using any other sprinkler service. Been there, done that, returned the t-shirt.
