Provided by YP.comI drove 30 minutes to get to my facial appointment there, got there ten minutes early out of courtesy for the esthetician, then was told right when the appointment was about to start that she doesn't do facials. "Sorry, you can buy a massage instead"... really? I can! I came in for a facial that you scheduled.. They said well.. sorry and sent me on my way. No gift card for the huge inconvenience. If I could give them no stars I would. Will go to the Aveda spa up the street from now on. Worst service I've ever had. Stay away!
