American Home Shield dispatched AirMack to my home, before dispatching I emailed photos of the Air Conditioning problem. A snake had crawled in behind the defrost printed circuit board and shorted the board out. Air Mack showed up and the first words before even looking at the A/C and after taking my $75.00 deductible was, "American Home Shield isn't going to warranty the Air Conditioning" That is one of the most unprofessional actions I can think of. A simple phone call to me saying, "given the photos you sent American Home Shield won't warranty" pretty simple and it didn't cost me $75.00. They would of probably been my first call or recommendation for future repairs, not anymore.
