Friendly but extremely unreliable....constantly has rescheduling issues and can't be counted on. Will drop your appointment for another more profitable customer. Their service people are knowledgeable and friendly, however, management is forgetful and unable to keep their scheduling appointments...resulting in rescheduling after rescheduling after rescheduling and time and money lost on your part waiting for a serviceman that's not coming. Due to their lack of scheduling skills, they do give you the option of you leaving your home unlocked so that they can enter your home and service your appliances with you gone, however I personally feel uncomfortable with that option. Unfortunately I can't recommend their service due to their constant unreliability, and suggest if you need appliance repair to locate a professional service.
