I paid for "THE COMPLETE". It was NEVER complete. After leaving it and 3 more round trips to pick it up, I finally (on the 3rd trip) left aggravated. They are not professional. Definitely don't know much about detailing a vehicle. The front wind shield is dirtier now that when I took it in. The outside of the front wind shield is STILL dirty. There are small 'spots' on the wind shield. They were there when I dropped off my car and, guess what, they are STILL there.

I advised that word of mouth is the best advertisement. My 'advertisement' for this company will be very honest. DON'T GO THERE! They don't know what they are doing. Also, don't be fooled by how busy they are. They don't know what they are doing!!!!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!

Very detailed service. Workers were very nice to talk to. They went above and beyond what I expected. My car left very clean! We will be back!

I got the Works wash and it was like my vehicle had been detailed. No spots, no runs, no errors! I will definitely be back. Their service is prompt and they take the extra effort to remove those stubborn bug guts off the front of my vehicle.

Just had my car "cleaned" on the inside, paid 25 bucks for them to not wipe down the doors, windows, vacuum, and dash.. I spoke withthe manager proir to cleaning and specified I wanted the milk droplets from a sippy cup that hit the door to be removed. Today was a rainy day so there was NO customers. They had plenty of time. I drove by 10 minutes later car was parked. I thought because they had 4 or 5 people working on it, it was done faster. I come by 30 minutes later to insure they were done as I was quoted it would be done in 30-45 minutes later. When I went to the car the dried milk droplets were there, dirt smears in the door jams, dust still on the console, ect. It basically looked like they just vacummed, but was done sloppy. I went in and said it did not look finished, and I had concerns due to the fact they had other poor recent reviews online. They sent a girl out, She got her rag and "wiped" it again with her all purpose cleaner. Stuff was still left behind. I guess they do not know what a warm bucket of soapy water and a rag will do, as the dry cleaning they do with a rag and spray is just not getting the job done. I opted for no exterior wash, as I just wanted the car cleaned on the inside. I now have gone home, and it is amazing what warm water will remove. It removes dried milk off leather! Your better off going to a coin vacuum wash and spending 5 bucks to get a better job done. So basically I threw my money and time away. And, being almost term in my pregnancy with a toddler, I used energy should be preserving else where. I will never, ever go there again!
