every shop out there, and all their friends, write the reviews you are now reading. it's a sad state when stores can't earn their own customers, and instead try to get them in deceitful ways. to all those looking for the truth on a business, check them out for yourselves...which ever business you are looking for. from jewelry stores to repair shops to e-cigs stores, sadly, you can not believe what you read in reviews anymore. listen to the venem in a review, if it's overboard then ask yourself - why. could just one visit spark so much hatred, really?

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went into their store with a friend of mine who had an ecig she bought somewhere else and the guy actually smarted off to her and said Jeez did you get that at a gas station? Just because it was a different brand. I wanted to buy a whole new kit and some liquid, and they treated us like such crap we ended up leaving. They acted like we should feel privileged to even be in their store. Yes, you can get products way cheaper online. But I needed a new kit right then, as I had left mine at home and was on vacation. I ended up at another store a little ways down Thomas Dr, and there they treated us with respect and were very helpful. I ended up spending quite a bit of money in that store as a result of the great service.

0 stars deserved! Treat customers like dirt! The owner is rude, unprofessional & appears unstable. They charge more than double & dnt back up the products. Go to the other store on hwy 77 near kohls, or even better, online where they will stand behind products & warranties. Juice never the same but owner will sell it labeled the same name but its totally different! One week the juice is a completely different color yet labeled with the same name as the ones u bought before & owner will swear its the same till she's blue in the face! Knock off products that fall apart & wont give exchange or refund & you can get the name brand for ASTRONOMICALLY CHEAPER ANYWHERE ONLINE WITH WARRANTY! I doubt she'll stay in business long due to how terrible! Just read the reviews on yelp & google if u wanna see others say the same & more! Don't give them a dime! Dont go there! It's BAD!!!!!! Her workers are as bad as she is.

No customer service. Vapors are gross.
