I called to find out the status of my liner and got Mike, one of the owners, who was as rude as anybody can be "told me "I'm 64 years old and don't have to take nuthin from nobody". The liner had not arrived - one of the other owners told me he had to remeasure it and it would be ordered and arrive shortly - that was several weeks ago. Now they refuse to tell me when they are going to do the job - or confirm if the liner was really ordered - or refund my deposit. Mike told me "you go on the list and we get to you when we get to you and thats the way it is". We were never told any of that . My lawyer has already advised me how to proceed. By the way, I went to them thinking they were a professional company wish I had read the reviews on here first.

This is a great family owned business! I do A/C maintenance at Jeff Ruppel's home and business on Hwy 77. They are very experienced in the pool industry and have many years of combined experience. If you have a pool, go to Pooltech!
