We tried to get a fuel efficient car because our truck got too expensive to drive. We went in a little late, so they said they will let us know first thing in the morning whenever they hear anything from the lenders. Next morning, we called them, they acted like they didn't recognize us at all. We just wanted to let them know that we will be happy to trad in our truck. Of course, our credit is not the best, but isn't it better to work with us instead of ignore us? The same day, we went to Nissan dealership. They work with us to trad in our truck and got a certify pre-own car. It's the same car, same year, same color, and almost same mileage as the car that we looked at parkway motor with 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty that wasn't offered at parkway.
