Very rude employees if you need change good luck would give 0 stars if I could a/c always broke machines breaking down regularly avoid at all cost

What a terrible, horrible laundry mat! It is so hot. There is no air conditioning and the little fans do nothing. Then the attendant was "saving" me a $6 washer and as soon as a man came in (her friend) he got the $6 machine and I was forced to use 4 washers costing me a total of $10 to wash. Almost all of the machines were out of order. I lost $4 in dryers that did not work and still brought home wet clothes. I have sweat pouring down me and into my eyes,My 5 year old not behaving and then someone stole my $3 dryer sheets (brand new, just opened, used 4 sheets) and someone took my 5 year old daughter's new $5 fox that she earned for doing her chores. I will NEVER go back to this laundry mat, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

Horrid establishment. Unclean store, rude employees and no manager on duty. If you have a problem they refer you to the "owner" who does not respond to phone calls. If a machine malfunctions they blame it on you and refuse to refund even .50$. Bottom line: There are many other places to do laundry with functioning machines and employees/owners who are not rude and condescending. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Im new to the area so when I looked up laundry in panama city I was weary about finding a safe, clean mat. I pulled up and it was glowing with activity with all the workers present and giving a helping hand to customers, even the owner! He even bought me a candy bar when mine got stuck in the machine. Great place, ill be coming here from now til I move out of the city...
