Provided by YP.comI have had two haircuts by Francis since I moved here from Houston, and both of them were the best haircuts I have ever had in my entire life! The haircut(s) she gave me made my fine, thin hair look voluminous and very modern!!! I would never go to anyone or anyplace else, given the choice!!!!!
