HORRIBLE! they came and cut SOME of our HUGE hickory tree down. I told them we were keeping ALL of the wood, they informed us they were sad to hear it because they usually take it and sell it. leaving most of in laying in our neighbors yard they had cut they said they would be back the next day, a week later we had not heard from them would not answer the phone. finally 7 days after they came and cut SOME of our tree down, (we informed them we wanted to keep the wood) they came long enough to fill up the back of their truck with OUR wood WITHOUT asking, and when i told them we wanted to keep the wood they lied to my face and said they had not been told that. so after i told them no we wanted to keep it they threw out 2 SMALL pieces and left, leaving ours and our neighbors yard filled with limbs and the 4 ft stump they said they were going to grind. their prices are cheaper because they are crooks and only do a portion of the job. we have two very small children and my husband AND I had to spend 4 days in our yard cleaning it all up and cutting it ourselves after a long day of work. please do not use these people, they are theives,liars, and generally VERY unprofessional. save yourself the headache and pay a little extra and know it will get done
