I have been a regular customer of Shimmering Seas jewelry at Pier

Park for the last year & I must say that the past 2 times that I have been in,

I have rcv'd the worst customer service ever! They are the most unfriendly people who work there..I was in the store this past weekend & there was not one other customer in the store & when my boyfriend &

I walked in, both salesgirls looked at us & never opened their mouth to ask if they could help us or even as much as a "hello"..I proceeded to look at charms on some necklaces & one of the salesgirls almost pushed me out of the way to try & straighten everything I touched, without ever asking if she could help me! I never moved anything out of place at all, & was looking for a few pieces to add to my daughter's necklace..I got my boyfriend & left & will never step foot back in that store again, which is ashame, b/c we have spent alot of money there over the past year..if they keep up with that customer service they won't be in business long, b/c they will have no repeat business..take your business elsewhere where it is appreciated!!
