Call these guys first! They did a great job cleaning the tile and grout and all the furniture in both of my rental units at the end of the tourist season. The floors look brand new and the furniture looks great again! They also saved an area rug after a renter spilled grape soda on it. The owners run everything and do the cleaning so you get pros who know what they are doing and take pride in their work and business.
