I highly recommend Essential Chiropractic, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I walked in. I have been treated by Dr. McKenna for about a year and a half and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my overall health.

Essential Chriropractic is just one example of how health and wellness go hand in hand. Dr. Rory McKenna and his staff are knowlegable and passionate about their work. I can always count on their advice and support. I highly recommend Essential Chiopractic to all my friends, young and old.

I have had neck pain for over 14 years. I have taken many muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory drugs for this, but nothing has kept the pain away. Until now!! I have had about 7 adjustments with Dr. McKenna and already have notice a substantial improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. McKenna at Essential Chiropractic. I should also mention that it doesn't take much time to get in and out. I get off work at 5, my appointments are at 5:15 and I have to pick up 3 kids at 2 different places by 6. Now thats pretty convenient.

Dr.Mckenna and his staff are wonderful! They truly, genuinely care about you and are all very knowledgeable. Dr.McKenna is a great chiropractor and truly knows what he's doing. I'm not a big fan of taking pills or anything of that nature so when I found out that chiropractic care basically helps relieve one from headaches I jumped at that and I honestly don't remember the last time I had a headache. Dr.McKenna is great and I brag about him to all my family and friends because I am now living pain free and it feels great!

I've had migraines for years but they were getting worse and worse. I was taking migraine medicine daily and it just wasn't effective. I started going to Dr Rory and after a few months he had gotten them back to a much more manageable level. Plus I had the extra side benefit of much better posture.



I ended up changing my boys over to him since he has a smaller much friendlier office than their last chiropractor. Their other chiropractor had scared one of my sons with the neck adjustment to the point where he just refused to have it done. Since he's only 8 and already gets migraines, he really need the treatment. Dr Rory ended up getting a new bench with a much less dramatic adjustment process than cracking the neck. In no time the pressure was off his optic nerve and the frequency and severity has gone down dramatically.

I've been to other chiropracters in the past, but never experienced the approach that Dr. McKenna uses. No weird stuff, just straight forward adjustments and stretches to really focus on my problem areas. My posture was horrible before starting to see him. I am in my forties, but had the posture of an old lady! I can stand straight now and look and feel better that I have in years. I also appreciate that he includes regular massages into the treatment plan which is awesome. Great office staff too!
