Have gone there many times. After they got their new mechanic I enjoyed my business with them. Their new mechanic is someone who works with you and has the service guy call before he does anything to your motor that you didn't previously want done.

Great business and great people to work with. I have brought my Yamaha here for years and won't go anywhere else.

I wished I would have listened to the bad reviews on this site, never again.

horrible business... over charges, horrible svc, and bad customers service... all of the good reviews on here are probably people from the business posting them.....

My motor wasn't running right - 115 HP Mercury. Had it to several shops, twice to dealership on Coralville Lake. No one could seem to figure out the problem. I live a good distance, so I went to the dealership closer to me, but after 2 visits my engine was still not running properly. The people at SW Marine were wonderful to work with, figured out the problem with my motor, called with the exact cost and repaired it. Had me out on the water in 3 days. Absolutely wonderful to work with!

We have been so happy with SW!!! They do their very best to get your boat in and out!! Give them a call.

I would recommend SW Marine to anyone I know. The service guy called after they had figured out the problem and made sure to explain everything to me and gave me exact costs to do the repair. There were no surprises and now the motor runs great.

Run don't walk from this business....they tell you one price and charge another... If you are having problems they don't fix the issues...I wish I would have listened to the other reviews on here...

Beware....does not diagnose problems....will not stand behind their work...staff is rude run don't walk away from this business

The owner doesn't know how to treat his costumers.Not the only place to go for your boat or motor.. please learn from me find another place.

SW Marine has helped us out on many occasions. There quick, professional service is second to none. We have been to the other shops in the area. Now that we have found SW Marine we won't go anywhere else. There products and service are the best.

I highly recommend SW Marine. I got on the schedule quickly and my service was done quickly. The mechanic was friendly and answered all of my (many) questions. I will be returning for any future service!

AVOID this business! They will screw up and and make you eat the cost. Can't even get the right parts ordered and still charge $20 for shipping on parts that fit in an envelope! There are many other credible repair shops near Cedar Rapids, go elsewhere...or else you'll be the next unsatisfied customer.

This Company should give you stars if you use them. They might get the job done fast, but it will not be right. You will have to take your boat back to them for the same problem , because they don't know how to fix it, or fix it right the first time, or second time, for that mater. It has taken 3 times to have a water pump fixed. The 3rd time I made sure I did not let them touch it!



The only reason I am giving them a star is they won't let me post this without adding one, and they don't have negative stars!
