I had an allergic reaction on my hand due to a wasp sting and came to see Urgent care on the mountain view location on Sunday. I figure it would be something simple, I would be given some medicine for the allergic reaction and something to make the swelling go down. The Doctor I saw was Natalia Abrikosova. She told me my flesh was dying, it's affecting the nerves and I need to go to the El Camino hospital emergency room for a hand scan and see a hand specialist there. Her feedback really scared me, by no means I would think its that serious. I asked if she can give me something to help the swelling go down and she said: "I don't know what to give you. I don't know what's causing the hand to be swollen"

So I went to the El camino emergency care, and the doctor said it's a local allergic reaction to the wasp sting, and all I need to do is take some medication and wait for the swelling to go down.

I took the medicine prescribed by the ER doctor and my hand was recovered in 3 days!

I am so mad at the urgent care Dr.Natalia Abrikosova, I can't believe she couldn't recognize a local allergic reaction to a wasp sting and know what to do about it. Now I have had to spend over a thousand dollars for the emergency visit. This could have been completely avoided.
