Scott has excellent customer service skills. He kept me informed throughout the repair process. He even treated me to lunch because I had been in the shop waiting for about 5 hours due to circumstances out of his control.Tthe wait was due to problems locating the correct part. Despite the wait the overall experience was great. This was my first time at TCR but it will not be my last visit.

The staff at Tom Craig Radiator know what they are doing and provide great service. Scotty took great care of my car and gave me a price much better that what the P boys wanted to charge!!

The lowest cost parts distributor that can not be beat! I got a part for my car that cost less than everywhere else I looked. AND they installed the part same day! Great service, I am very pleased and I'll be back. These guys know their stuff!

This place has the best prices, from radiators to Mirrors. A+++ in my book. They are also open on Saturdays.
