EmailThe BRINKLEY'S Also OWN a clam farm known AS. JOE island clams. They are the only clams that are locally farm raised right here in tampa BAY. The clams are harvested twice a week. Served in the restaurant and sold to local wholesalers. HE even passes on the discount to HIS restaurant customers by selling bags of fresh clams AT wholesale discounted prices.
