Sending flowers to cheer up a friend in Palmetto Bay, I searched for local florists and opted on The Bud Stop at Old Cutler Road and 168th Street. As a child growing up in South Dade, I remember the area well and once worked at the Farm Store on the corner.

Spoke with Debbie by phone about a number of potential gift selections and decided on the “Fresh and Fabulous” bouquet. A cheerful blend of sunshiny type roses and lilies, along with some pretty purple blooms and glowing greens in a classic glass vase, I hoped to cheer up an old friend from high school. Offered in standard, deluxe, and premium – I ordered the premium assortment.

Debbie was polite and helpful, advising that delivery would be made before lunch. And that promise was accomplished. Delivery before lunch – my friend loved them. And they did brighten up her day.
