Horrible experience of buying car from Bartera Chevrolet. Day 1 of driving, came to know car is vibrating. As it was an used car, got only 30 days of warranty, went couple of times to service center to get that fixed, problem didn't get solved. Now another problem with car, struts issue which needs to be replaced which is not a cheap part to be replaced. Just 1 month over from the day I bought, another issue in the front part today, it was hard to drive, tied the front with rope from highway and reached home. This is my worst experience of life. I would never ever recommend to buy any used car from Bartera Chevrolet. I am feeling like I bought a garbage from there which needs to be trashed in few days.

if you are out there searching for a new or used car, i would highly reccomend that you not step foot into Bertera.

My boyfriend and I went in here with full intentions of buying a car that day. (check in hand!) We we treated horribly. One of the managers (i wonder if he is deserving of his title) was so rude and inconsiderate, that my boyfriend and i walked out of the dealership, which we drove almost two hours to get to. With so much competition out there nowadays, you would figure that businesses would put in the extra effort to build a reputation with customers. Also, you would think that you should expect more from people who fill management positions and who set an example for other employees. unfortunately, Bertera did not do it for us.

Got my Jeep there. a good place.
