8/26/21.
I had a technician out to solve a washer issue today. Now, he ordered the wrong part and has to come back for the third time after he orders the correct part. When he left he must have not hooked up the water correctly. I went to do a load of laundry and water gushed out on my floor.
I have been calling MJB repeatedly today to have him come back and fix this.
They will not answer the phone or call me back to at least acknowledge that they got my 4 voice messages. I'm stuck with a washer full of wet clothes and no idea if any one will come out and fix my washer (a problem now they created).
They won't even have the curtesy of calling me back!
