brought my dog here recently because my regular boarding place was booked up. basically my dog came home with a swollen dirty foot his pads burned from cleaning chemicals, shotty grooming job, hes chopped up, the only thing this place said was they didnt know what happened. My dogs foot looked like it was stuck in the kennel drain and when i got him home he was starving and thirsty.. ran straight to the food bowl. if you love your dog as much as i do, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. i will never be back. and im spreading the word of their horrible treatment of customers and pets.

My laso, Samy, has had rashes all over her body since she was a puppy. The vet gave her shots, pills, creams, and even had me buy some expensive Science Diet dog food. Nothing worked. Samy continued to chew and scratch until she had sores and in many places no hair. Mrs. Nagel at Smith Kennels suggested I give Samy an all raw diet. She sells a couple different kinds of frozen raw meat mixed with fruits and vegetables. Really easy to use. She said you can also make it yourself, but for me its easier and cheaper to buy it from her. No preservatives or dyes. Samy now gets raw carrots or apple slices as treats. My point is that Mrs. Nagel cared enough about Samy to notice her skin problem. Samy looks great now. Her hair is growing back in and she doesn't have the rash anymore. She's much happier and plays more now too.
