I cannot rate the doctor or the practice, as I didn't get past the front office staff. I refused to give them my social security number on their forms, and they said the doctor would not see me without it. I asked for their written policy on it and they stated it was their right not to give it to me. If I did not trust them with it then I should not trust the doctor with seeing me. I said it's my right not to give you the SS number, to which they replied that I then needed to see someone else. It's too bad, I've read good reviews for the doctor and the practice. Thus I walked out. My wife cancelled my son's upcoming appointment and she will not schedule them for her, thus they lost three patients. I've had my identity stolen and thus I am leery in providing my SS #.

Wow what an awesome place. Dr Jackson and his staff are very attentive and caring. My first visit I called last minute and they were able to see me that same day. I love this place and will happily recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Jackson is truly one of a kind. A doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of your questions, makes you feel comfortable, and has a great sense of humor. The office was so clean, beautifully maintained aquarium, decorated so nicely, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We wish every doctor's office could be like this!! Judy & Tim Ryder

Dr Jackson has been my Dr since 2007 .He is very caring ,friendly .His staff are very helpful .I am very happy to be able to find a Dr so caring.

My favorite doctor who has earned my respect and admiration for providing excellent care dispensed with genuine compassion and care. Members of the staff are friendly, courteous, and conscientious. It's actually a pleasant experience to be treated by Dr. Jackson.
