We hire process servers all over the country and I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my 20 years of being in this business. He has now caused us to hire someone else to pick up the ball where he dropped it, and has created a major rush service to avoid missing a deadline. You can bet the attorney is going after him if the statutory deadline is missed by his incompetence. I have never gotten mad at a business but he lies to cover his mistakes. Learn the process serving law Mr. Bushaw, or get out of this business.
