She gave my friend a script totally different from her old glasses. She had glasses made with the new script and can't see with them. The script is waaaaay wrong. Now what?

Told me that I need Bifocals when I don't!I will be back to Eyeglass World Monday 3/28/2011.They will get my prescription right or otherwise face legal action.I spent extra money for Progressive lens that I can't not see out of!I see perfectly up close!Even tested my friends and neighbors who don't wear lenses and my attorney!Will keep you updated as to what I am told at Eyeglass world....
