My name is Nancy and I live in La Quinta. I called Comfort Air because I saw the ad in the newspaper for a 3 ton system for $3600. I thought there must be a catch but when I called they set up an appointment to come out and make sure that was what I needed. The 3 ton was what I needed so the next day they showed up and installed my brand new Lennox 3 ton system and even gave me a free thermostat and I could not be any happier. I called Comfort Air out for a Free Estimate on replacing my old system. They came out the same day and walked through everything with me gave me a great price on a new Lennox unit. They installed it the very next day! I was very impressed with the price the promptness and how fast and clean the job came out. I will be using this company in the future.

I called Comfort Air out because I had a problem with my heat. They found the problem and gave me a price to repair it. The repair price was fair but I also wanted a price to replace the unit because I knew it was old. The price to replace the unit was really good also. They did not pressure me either way, I decided to replace the furnace and coil. We set it up for the following Tuesday as I was going to be out of town. They were on time, very neat, no extra charges, very professional and did the job in a half of day. They were great and I will recommend them for sure. Thank You Comfort Air. Greene in PS

I had Comfort Air out to do a routine service of my air conditioner (it worked at the time). The service person said that a part was defective and that the unit could not be used. He recommended changing the entire system for $6,000. I had a second company come out and they indicated that the only issue was that it was low on Freon. Beware of this company!
