Phoebe is THE BEST! I've been getting my hair cut by her for the past couple of years and wouldn't go anywhere else! She not only gives an AMAZING cut, she educates me on how to style and treat my hair once I leave the salon! The salon is clean, the staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they have a large selection of styling products...If you're looking for a positive change, try them out!
