We have been with day and evening for almost 9 years. We also got a puppy this year and have been taking her here as well. They were really great in the beginning, however, I don’t know what has changed in the last few months but the service and care has gone drastically down hill. We completely understand covid has done a number of things for many businesses but the care just in the Last week has been awful, not to mention between both of our dogs we have spent over $1k in the last few months. Our older dog started having issues this week that were pretty severe. We called at the beginning of the week and they told us we could schedule an appointment for next week or pay for an emergency visit. We decided to skip it and watch our girl. Thursday was really bad, so we called. It took us calling 13 times to get anyone to answer or call us back. When we did get a call back they again told us that we can either be seen next week, pay an emergency fee or go to an animal ER. The disappointing thing is that we brought her in two months ago, spent $600 for the same issues only to be told they won’t be seeing our dog. Its really a shame that we had to call so many times to get a response and it’s disappointing that they didn’t even care enough to find out the issues we were having to even see about getting her in. They didn’t care at all. The girl we talked to was rude and cold hearted. Our dogs are our babies and I hope that the place we take them to will treat them as such and not a number. If you are looking for a place with excellent customer service, who is attentive, who loves your pet as their own, this isn’t the place. This is a get in and get out place and in emergency situations, they won’t be there. Needless to say, we swapped both our doggies over to another vet clinic who has been tremendous in the last 72 hours of an extreme emergency. We won’t be back to day and evening even though pricing wise they are reasonable. Thursday was the last straw for us!

I took my dog in for a simple neutering, I asked about all the extras they tried to sell me they told me it was unnecessary. I pick my dog up at about 5pm and they said he was fine that he would be woozy no other instructions pertinent to the anesthetic. He died at 3:30 am. I went back 2 days later and asked for my medical records they gave me a lot of paper work but no records I had to call the sheriff to get them to give me my records. They have no records of taking vitals during or after the surgery I suspect something went wrong and they are trying to hide it.

If you care for your pet, as your extended family, I suggest you bring them here, Dr Adney treats all Furrbabies like they're his own children's pets.

I'm usually always seen by the vet in decent time. Especially now with the new facility they can accommodate a bigger patient load.

This is my new "go to" vet clinic. Dr. Adney took amazing care of my puppy recently. He was neutered, and had to pull a few teeth last Tuesday. It was so quick, my little guy has been doing great ever since. I won't trust anywhere else with my pets. It is so awesome here.

I brought one of my adopted cats here for neutering and shots recently and he ended up needing dental surgery as well. I'm glad they took such good care of him. The staff members here have taken great care of all of my cats, and treated myself and them with care and respect.

The doctor and his staff here are awesome. They have continually gone out of their way to make sure my pets and my family are comfortable with them and their services.

If I had to rate the staff from Day and Evening Pet Hospital and Pet Surgical Center on a scale from 1 to 10, i would rate them 100. They are excellent and consistently going above and beyond for my dogs who they see. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Came home from work to find my Boxer unable to get up on her own. She was favoring her rear leg and unwilling to place any weight on it. Being after her regular vet's hours, I called Day and Evening and they said to bring her in. They worked her in and diagnosed the problem as arthritis. In addition they also cleared up a nagging infection from a sting Bailey had on her face. Within a few days Bailey was running around, frisky as ever. Bailey has a new vet.

They are the best here. I take my kitties here. They are all so sweet to them and know them by name. Sometimes they give us catnip to give them as a treat later on.

I recommend this clinic EVERY DAY !. Dr Adney has assembled a superior staff, and is an angel himself. You simply can not go wrong by using this clinic !

I have been taking my dogs to Day & Evening Pet Clinic for 5 years. Dr. Adney takes such good care of them and I couldn't be happier.

The best part about Day and Evening is Dr. Adney. Where he goes, we go. I'd follow him to any clinic he works for. He is simply the best.

The staff at Day & Evening Pet Hospital and Pet Surgical Center went above and beyond to help my family cope after the loss of a pet. It was a very difficult time that they were able to make a bit easier.

Day and Evening Pet Hospital and Pet Surgical Center is the best place to take pets. I honestly would not trust anyone else with my fur kids.

I highly recommend Day and Evening Pet hospital. It is a busy place but it's busy for a reason. The doctors and staff are the best, made me and my pet feel like family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I do NOT recommend this vet at all. We have been taking our pets here for years, but Dr. Paredes is no longer there (he was wonderful). I did not find this out until after I was there for our appointment. My puppy had a TERRIBLE painful experience & and exam, and was injured from the fecal test. Vet did not even introduce himself - said not a word to me the whole time he was in the exam room. What I was quoted over the phone, is NOT what they charged me. After 7 years of taking my pets here, I can 100% say I will never return - I am searching for a new veterinarian today. Please beware of this place.

Had my sugar glider neutered last week by Dr Adney on a recommendation. I drove down from Spring hill to a warm welcoming staff and an immaculate place, and felt instantly at ease. After the surgery, it was the Dr. himself who called me for pick up, and met with me personally when I went to pick him up. Wilson did well and is doing well. He was given the same attention and respect as the big pets get .Oh and by the way, it cost $83.00 less here, then the vet near my house in Brooksville. I came here because of the recommendation, the low cost was a bonus. It is without hesitation, I recommend this facility and staff.
