I am grateful for such a compassionate, respectful and successful orthodontist taking care of our teenage daughter. Dr Albert does a great job talking with her, making her comfortable , answering all her questions and making sure she understands her responsibility in her treatment. The entire staff is always pleasant and welcoming. We are glad to be patients.

I was not expecting my 9 year old to need orthodontic work, and wasn't especially excited to put her through it. She had to have a jaw spreader and braces, and will have to have braces again later when all of her adult teeth come in. The staff has walked her and I through every step and she LOVES having braces! It is so nice to know that she won't fight me when she has to have them again later. The entire staff is friendly and helpful! They get us in and out quickly, but waiting with my 5 year old is never difficult in the comfortable waiting area, which is well equipped with tv, video games, magazines, water and coffee! I highly recommend Albert & McDowell Orthodontics to anyone who is looking for an Orthodontist.

I have been taking my son to Albert and McDowell for a while now. Since the first time we had a consultation until a little over midway through his time with braces, we've had nothing but good experiences with the office, from the office staff to the doctors. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and professional, making me feel that me and the care of my son are important to them. Although they deal with a lot of patients, you won't feel like just another number to them. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to more years with them as my younger son will be needing them in a couple years too.
