CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

I went to pick an item up that my husband ordered. When I got to the store it was closed, 12:30pm today. The sign on the door indicated there hours were 10:00am till 4pm. This is the 3rd time I have gone to the store and it was closed during hours there website, voice mail and sign on door said they were open. I said to the lady who works at the store that I drove from Indian Wells and was very disappointed the store was closed. In a very sarcastic tone she said "Oh all the way from Indian Wells" Totally like she did not care. Perhaps they have too many customers and don't need anymore. I would not recommend anyone do business at Pierre's because they truly do not appreciate there customers.. By the way we have purchased watches, had rings repaired and spent hundreds of dollars over the years and still were treated like we did not matter. Shame on You Pierre's!

I miss Pierre as well the new owner is a com-man.

His son has destroyed the business I miss Pierre and his wife they were great.

What happened to old man Pierre?

I question this new watch makers certification he in my opinion is not a schooled watch maker. What happened to old man Pierre?and his reasonable prices?

This place is run by a clown he is not a watch maker he is a watch breaker.
