Engineered hardwood installed. Finished floor was FULL of adhesive residue, one transition had a 1/4" gap, one piece of wood was splintered and much more. No extra wood to replace splintered piece. Installer came back and removed some adhesive residue but not sufficient and was to come back. Haven't heard from him in a week. I researched and on my hands and knees cleaned off the residue.

I have never been to a place with better customer service! They found tile in my price range, found an installer to do my tile quickly, and it all came out wonderful! Thank you so much to the great guys at Eastern Flooring Center! I'll recommend you guys to everyone.

Sold us bad grout- installed anyway- then removed. And did not honor their "Free Grout Coupon"!! Stay away

If you are thinking about getting laminate wood flooring this is the place to go. The guys at Eastern Flooring Center matched my existing floor nicely, beat the price of the material from another store, and installed it for alot less than I paid last time. Excellent experience !!!
