Dr. Fotek and staff were great -- kind, attentive, accommodating to my schedule and most of all, provided great care!

Dr. Fotek was amazing. He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule after my tooth broke. I am terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Fotek put me at ease and I felt very confident in his abilities. He has a wonderful, caring personality. My experience with the implant went very smoothly. I would recommend Dr. Fotek to everyone.

Dr Fotek is an awesome caring person who takes time to listen, and explain your options. Given what I knew needed to happen he and his staff couldn't have made this any easier. I was diagnosed with bone recess. He fully explained to me about the options I have and answered all my questions that I could come up with. I followed with his recommendation and I am very happy with the whole experience and the progression of the health of my teeth.

Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

My nerves were horrible when I sat in the chair; however, his assistant eliminated all of my fears. To make it even better, the surgeon's gentle voice and ethos stopped my tears from rolling down the corner of my eyes

I was lucky enough to be referred to the office of Prestige Periodontal & Implant Center from my general dentist for a procedure I needed done.
