Provided by YPmobileThe food is lousy... physical treatment personnel are great! Security measures seem adequate. Nurses are nice & caring. Office personnel need an attitude adjustment.

Provided by YPmobileWrites: My mother was sent here for rehab after a fall injured her back. From the er she went to The Palms. She was there one night and suffered abuse at the hands of a CNA who was frustrated at the fact that my mom could not turn to use the bed pan because of her back spasms and hit on my mom's legs leaving a bruise. She turned her so forcefully to her side screaming in pain onto her hip that she broke a few years before. The CNA had so patients with her and told her there was nothing wrong with her and she would prove it. And then had the nerve to call my mother a liar after my mom asked her why she treated her that way. After this incident we have heard this place is horrible from other people who have experienced this place. Thankfully my mom was not seriously hurt physically but she is emotionally.
