Beware: Unscrupulous sales team that lie to increase their bottom line.
Went in for a watch, was told it was $500 but because the store is going out of business it was discounted to $125 - a great deal.
I happily paid and bought my wife a watch. Was not a 500 dollar watch. Is a $89 dollar watch on invictas website (the manufacturer) and a $60 watch on numerous other online distributors.

I was refused a refund, even though I brought watch back less than 2 days later with receipt. I only bought the watch because I was lied to about the “store closing deal”

Lying to vulnerable customers playing up your store closing to get them to think there getting a deal is never ok. Lying is never ok, still awaiting a call back from the regional manager.....

Happened at st Augustine location but would not trust any employee of this business at any location.
