I am only giving this place 1 star as that is the lowest rating I can give. I took a section of granite to them and asked if they could cut it. After checking several times over the course of a few months to see if it had been done I was finally told they had lost my material. They promised to replace it and do the work I had asked. Once again I never was contacted informing me the work had been done. I went back to find out the salesman that took the job no longer worked there. After acknowledging that they had once again lost the material they subbed for the original material they lost they promised to make it right within 2 to 3 days. When I asked a week later what was the status I was told it had not begun and at this point the salesman all but called me a liar saying he had never seen the granite implying I never brought it in. I then demanded to speak with the office manager who told me that she had asked to have it put in production and did not know why it hadn't happened. She was going to get this done. Days later I receive a phone call saying they would start production on my granite as soon as I came in and made a deposit. So it must have never been requested to be in production as I was told. There is absolutely no evidence that this business is run by anyone that you should trust a major investment with. Seven months later and I am just going to go get the material they found to replace what they lost. UNBELIEVABLE
