There were so many fun options to choose from for my daughter's 5th birthday party, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Our party was a hit, and we got it done on a budget!

We rented a combo unit bounce house for my son's birthday party (it's got a bounce area, slide and basketball hoopy area). It wasn't cheap! The came to set it up on time which was good! Very professional, quick and efficient. Told us what to do if it rained since it was an overcast date with chances of rain (it drizzled a lot during our rental time). The bounce house smelled moldy and as my 3 year old said "YUCKY!" Hubby Fabreezed inside it and wiped it down the best he could. The party started.We only had 4 children at the party - a 3 year old, a 18 month old, the birthday boy 1 year old, and a 14 month old. After 10 minutes of jumping from the 3 year old and the 18 month old the top portion of the "castle" started to cave in. It wasn't inflating! We spent the whole time pushing the top part back up so the kids could have some fun. The adults got tired of pushing it up and worried about the safety so we just collapsed it and didn't use it anymore.I called right away and no answer (shocked? Nope). I left a message. No call back. I sent an email to Tina who I rented it from with pictures to show what it was doing. No answer back - EVER! When they picked it up the next day, we told them what happened. We showed them the pictures. They said "Oh." and took the bouncy house away. Seriously? No responses from this company. Save your money, time and effort and look elsewhere. There's got to be a reputable company who stands behind their rentals and reputation. Taylor Rental is NOT the company.

Taylor Rental Party Plus is a wonderful rental company who has very good quality equipment and personable staff! I have been renting my party equipment from them for several years, and they are without a flaw! Deliveries are on time, the quality of equipment is excellent and the service is unmatched!If you haven't stopped by there store yet, you MUST see they're showroom of equipment and all their party paper goods. They have every theme imaginable with paper napkins, plates, cups, invitations, thank you's and so much more! It's fun to walk around and imagine all the parties you can have! Girls Night out, Wedding, Showers and more! I'm glad I work with such a Quality Rental Company!

They are very efficient with their orders and deliveries and will customize any package.Tracey and Mike have a beautiful showroom of their rentals and party supplies. Their custom napkin service is great when you have a party!I highly recommend their services because of their great Customer Service!
