My daughter made appointments for me & her bridal party to get our makeup done on the day of her wedding. The makeup "professional" did a horrible job. She didn't use any foundation primer, eyeshadow primer, bronzer or conceler on anyone. We all had false eyelashes applied & by the time we got to the wedding they were all coming off & their were gobs of eyelash glue all over our real eyelashes & the false eyelashes.Everyone had to take off the eyelashes because nobody had glue and everyone had to re-do the makeup. However, the worst thing about this whole situation is that the owners could care less. I sent an e-mail explaining the whole situation, including telling them that the girls who did our hair & manicure did a good job, & asked them to please contact me, my daughter called and left a message telling them how disappointed she was and could they please call her. We have not heard one word from them; no apology, no "what can we do to make this right", not one work. The owners of this salon obviously don't care about their customers.
