Nice store but the older blonde headed lady at the counter was very very unfriendly.

Great selection, guys at the gun counter were nice , one of the employees up front , a younger lady, just gave me the eat crapp look on my way out as i smiled and said thanks. She never said a word. Just gave me a mean look . Funny i just spent $400 on that day and $100 two weeks prior? Why give a customer dirty looks ?

not really sure about the other reviews on here... i live here in paducah and im in pss all the time, never had one bad thing to say about them. they have a great inventory, great customer service, as well as the staff being very knowledgeable in their respective areas.

The staff there does not care to help at all and take any opportunity to make you look stupid and then look at each other and laugh. It's a shame because they have a large inventory and the owner is a GREAT guy. I'm sure he doesn't really know just how bad the staff is. If they get some competition they're in trouble.

If you want to go into a store and be ignored then this is the place for you. On my first and only visit to this store when shoping for a shotgun I was ignored by the staff untill I left. The two young men behind the counter were more interisted in a video on a cell phone of a turkey hunt tahn doing there job.
