Located in Paducah, Ky., Clark Elementary School serves more than 580 students in McCracken County. The school offers classes in English, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, and performing and visual arts. Its extracurricular activities include band, chorus, orchestra, academic team, science club, art club, student technology leadership program, and Spanish club. The school uses the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System to evaluate student progress and includes the Kentucky Core Content Tests, the national comprehensive test of basic skills, and other measures of the school s performance, including attendance, retention and dropout rates.
