Last month I bought my son a pair of Stephanie Latin dance shoes from Dancing Dot Dot Dot. He wore them to a dress rehearsal, and the following day for a show. They had three shows scheduled for that day. During the matinee (first show) his shoes split at the heel and toe. Since I paid about $120 for these shoes, I was pretty upset that they started falling apart the second time my son wore them.



I contacted the vender, DancingDotDotDot, in Auburn, Washington. The owner told me that this happens sometimes and they could glue it for me. I told them that was not acceptable, $120 shoes should last longer. She made an appointment to look at the shoes. On the day we were supposed to meet, she called and cancelled the appointment. She said she would "take my word for it", and would drop off a new pair of shoes at my son's dance studio the following week.



She neglected to deliver the shoes, or call. I've tried to contact her again but the store is on "Holiday Hours" - appointment only. All calls go to voice mail and they are not returning my calls. Another week has passed and still no shoes.



I would not do business with them again.
