My review depends on what they chose to do about the $2800 of tile that seems to be unaccounted for from my order. Hopefully it's on the next shipment from Italy.

Finally. The project is complete, allowing me the time to update my review and warn you about Modello Tile and Stone. It was a horrible experience dealing with these people. They:

• sold me poor quality tile at a high price
• lost over 300 sq. ft. of my order
• accused my contractor of stealing the missing tile
• have poor inventory records
• lack accountability
• lack customer loyalty
• took 1.5 months to replace the missing tile

...and the list goes on. I know these sound like some bias, over-the-top accusation and without the details, its almost impossible to believe but this IS what happened to me, and if you chose to do business with them, I feel as though it is my duty to provide detailed information for you to proceed well informed. I've put together a blog post so you can go into as little or as much detail as you want and I call it #ModelloTileNightmare.

Great Location, Beautiful Tile Selection, and the Staff is wonderful as well. I would highly recommend to check out this showroom
