Provided by Superpageshowever, just because the staffing is good, it doesn't mean the building is!!! ONH is over run by spiders and cockroaches, BIG ones. bugs have been found in bed with the residents and in their food. they are short staffed, which doesn't allow much one on one time, but the aids give it all they have. the aids work extra days and pull in a lot of hours, ONH has cut back the overtime and is not paying the staff for all their hard work, its a shame.
