Completely useless. To call this place a "service center" is a joke. This old guy is rude, ignorant and totally dismissive of anyone he doesn't know - why he's even still in business is a mystery. It says he's been there 45 years - presumably for much of that time someone else talked to the customers. He'll probably wear this review as a badge of honor (assuming he's even aware of online reviews) and I'm sure he considers himself a 'character'. I prefer less character and more customer service and technical skill. Don't waste your time - go to OBMC just down the road - better people, clean environment, and they actually know what they're doing.
