I really like this location and it has become the regular rental location for my family. After a very bad experience a couple of years ago (under different leadership) I stopped renting from this location and started using another location. I'm glad leadership has changed and customer service and clean, operable cars are now a priority. Keep up the great work team!

Customer satisfaction does not exist here, HORRIBLE!!!!... They were all dressed in street clothes working behind the desk having personal "baby-mama drama" conversations... this should tell you what kind of branch this is. Loud and low.



If you are expecting this branch to enforce corporate policy regarding expectable forms of payment, forget it.... desk manager and the regional manager Effren or Effin both did not know the difference between Paypal "Business Debit Card" and "PayPal Pre-Paid Card." Woman at desk (black and white, sleevless sundress) would not allow me rent to me because I have a Paypal issued Card by BanKCorp (not store brought). Called corporate and they were not clear why they would not except Paypal Business Debit.



Thanks Enterprise, I missed fishing with dad for Father's Day this year.



Enterprise used to be a really smart place to rent my vehicles. Now thinking about this day and the disappointment, it puts an absolute sour taste in my mouth.

Overall, my rental experience was great. A minor issue with the cleaning but the staff was very accommodating & completely understood my concerned. The staff was very welcoming the minute you walk through the door. I will definitely use their service again.
