Upside: Cheap for big apartments. Parking gated.

Downside: No-name cable company/internet service. Tenants disrespectful & loud. Pool very loud. People park over the line and ding cars. Management not helpful in enforcing rules on pool, noise or parking. Told some people have three cars, when rules say two. Parking should be for tenants only but guests get let in. No one monitors grounds at night. Kids skateboard down sidewalks.

Overall: when I moved in, the property was under better management and the rules were enforced and everyone was happy. How, I hadn’t seen the rules enforced and many people unhappy with this property. I don’t know the last time management sent out any notice for any reason. When the pool was being abused in the past, management closed the pool until people could behave. Now a days management’s response was to move to a quieter corner of the complex so they wouldn’t have to deal with the noise.
