Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I originally inquired online for a quote. After 4 days I finally got a response but the quote was for the wrong amount of items. I then called on the phone to correct it and was told I would be called back when the quote was corrected. After 2 days they never called so I called back and the exact same thing happened. Said I was to get a call back and did not. After 2 more phone calls I FINALLY got to place my order. When I went to go pick up my order one of the materials was ordered incorrectly. So after 2 weeks of trying to just place an order they got it wrong and insisted I did not state the correct material when I have all of the emails AND THE ORIGINAL QUOTE with the correct material on it. Not only were they incredibly incompetent but when I went to correct the issue Jaime handled things so poorly and so rudely I demanded my money back and now have to find another metal supply shop that can be trusted.

This place is a great company. The owner will work with you and sometimes not charge as much as he should but if you are an annoying customer then you will be charged. It is not same day delivery, then again it is not McDonalds, just order and be patient, you will get your material.

Gold Coast Steel has been able to deliver my orders on time if not sooner to me which has helped in completing jobs at hand. I will continue buying from them in as the drivers work with the customers in getting this done

Gold Coast Steel does NOT deliver the same day! The customer service is terrible! Unless u talk to Rich NOTHING gets done right. I only go to them because they r pretty much the only one's around if I need something today! I miss the old purchaser she would go out of her way to find something for me. She always had a smile and was super nice! I go there only if I have too! Too bad!
