Mr. Salvador thank you for your review. We, at Bimmers and Benz Service would like to correct you that we have charged you for an OE remanufactured starter of $ 162.00 not $260.00 that you claim. We have the original signed receipt. We at Bimmers and Benz Service take pride of using OE or better parts. We always give customer an option of OE remanufactured or brand new. We run an honest business, we make profit on parts and labor.

You're paying way too much! Very disgusted. Unless you don't mind getting screwed. I usually purchase my parts on the internet and have them installed. These people will not let you use any parts that are not purchased from them. (unlike BMW) I found a new and NOT re-manufactured starter for $145.00. These crooks charged me $260.00 for theirs. That is a mind numbing 90% mark up! I don't care how you slice it, That is GOUGING! I wish I would have know that before I had it towed there.
