THE ELIAS WILF COMPANY IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE WAITED FOR SOME PRODUCTS UP TO 5 WEEKS. IN THE MIDDLE OF A BIG JOB, I HAD RUN SHORT ON MATERIALS CALLED THEN UP TO ORDER MORE MATERIAL AND IT TOOK FIVE WEEKS TO COME IN...THIS WAS BIG JOB SOLD I HAD TO TELL THE CUSTOMER THEY HAD TO WAIT 5 WEEKS TO GET THEIR JOB COMPLETED...THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING JUST WANTED ALL THE OTHER CARPET AND FLOORING STORES WAS KIND OF COMPANY THEY ARE.....
