the landlord drops by with out a 24 hr notice, to harass me, the rent is paid in full, and yet she still comes by wanting more money, for a pet deposit, which she did not ask for when we moved in and she knew we had a dog, the house was very dirty when we moved in, the tentant before us had an in home daycare, so the walls were very dirty, i had painted them with out asking her first, this has made her very mad and she has been dropping by to harass us ever since,

claiming we will have to move because i painted??? the paint looks good too, and has made the house cleaner, and the house is not worth what they charge for rent, the bedroom window doesn;t lock, the front door has cracks all around it, letting in cold air,

i regret moving into their house, and would not recommed them to a friend, i would tell anyone to stay away from their properties.

the whole reason i painted in the first place, besides the walls looking dirty is you could see where the ceiling leaked at one time, we had takin some snap shots of the kitchen and you could even see the stains on the walls and ceilings in the photos, i already paid her a $400.00 deposit when i moved in , and don't feel like its fair to pay another one now that we are already living there.
