I went into the store and needed some help to find my favorite bottle of wine and the staff was so helpful it was very refreshing!!! Will come back

Refused to provide me a refund and accept a return on flat craft beer. I could care less about the $9 for the 6 pack of beer. Its the principle of the matter. You should stand behind your product and take care of your customers.

I have been in the store many times because it's convenient, but will go No more. I won't go in anymore because of how RUDE the woman, Linda as she proudly announces, is to myself and I've seen her do it to staff on several occasion. I asked about a wine and was told it was up front on a display. Well when I got up front I asked if that was the right display because I didn't see it and she replies "Well where are you in store? That's the front isn't it?" I cannot believe she said that to a customer!!! Most of the time on Fridays when I go, she is standing around talking to I assume are friends of hers. Sorry to any other staff who read this but sorry guys, you guys are great, I just will not shop with you anymore because of this 'Linda'. If you go there let one of the guys there help you because they actually WILL help you and aren't rude if you have a question.

I was just at the liquor store and I was accused of stealing!?!?! Really? Who is dumb enough to steal at the liquor store! What happened was, I happened to squat down and was looking at the different varieties of flavor they offered. At the same time I was also on the phone with a friend and after I hung up I put my phone in my tote purse and right before I checked out. The lady pulled me onto the side and told me to come look at something. I thought she was suggesting some different kind of vodka but noooooo, she showed a clip of me while I was on the phone and putting my phone away while looking at the flavors. She questioned me what was I doing? Ofc, I told her I was on the phone and put my phone away. She didn't seem to believe me to the poin where I open up my tote and showed her that I did not steal anything! I just thought it was pretty pathetic of her assumption! If they were that insecure mind as well invest security by the door to check everyone's purse on the way out. I will never ever go there ever again after this little incident. I rather travel a little further for better customer service.

I was planning a party and planned on making a lot of mixed drinks. I needed to get a price on some liquor because of the massive amount that I needed. I called Black Beard's and they would not give me a price over the phone. They stated it was their policy not to give prices over the phone. I called another Liquor Store in Owasso and they did give me the price.
